Life is all about living it the way it comes. We humans tend to live life the way it wants to be lived. Getting up in the morning, going to office, dropping children to school, and all the other daily routine work, life seems to be the same old thing. I, myself, at times wonder how I manage to do the same old things everyday and then wait for the next day to do the same old thing. However, the fact remains that however boring our lives get, we can always do things to make it interesting and full of fun and excitement. These deviations come in various forms, but the most common thing is taking a vacation and going to some holiday spot to enjoy life and getting yourself refreshed. Well this in fact, is a very good way of being rejuvenated and especially if the place for the vacation is the Grand Bahamas Island. In fact, what I feel is that the Grand Bahamas Island is one of the best places to visit for a vacation with family and friends.

Kenya’s coastal waters are gentle and warm fanned with mild monsoon winds, conditions that attract many varieties of fish, including Big Game Fish. The seas around Mombasa, Kenya’s major port, are considered one of the prime fishing grounds in the world, where fishermen of all classes, beginners to lifelong experts, can catch marlin, sailfish and shark, as well as Wahoo, dorado, barracuda, kingfish and other game fish. The proximity to the open sea means they are closer to the fishing grounds, so mid season (August to December) they fish near the reef for a minimum of five hours.

We arrive in Munich and our guide makes it clear this is Bavaria. Bavarians favor autonomy from Germany and even have their own language. I have been here many times but looking through sober eyes now, I find it more vibrant, clean and sophisticated. We spend 2 days with Nancy, an excellent guide who has already emailed me to remain in touch.

I have a mini-group of just 26 so this is like a vacation for me. It is a first time abroad for some and I love to learn from them as they notice things with child-like enthusiasm that I do not.

One of the main things which people look at when booking a cruise is just how big their accommodation will be. Many think that economy accommodation is the only option available to them but that is not always the case.

There are generally a lot of options open to you on a cruise ship and often people book their accommodation and find out that they would have preferred a different one when they actually arrive. This means that it is vital that you research the options open to you before you actually book. Be sure that you have looked at every possibility and then decide which type of accommodation would be better for you. That way you will have the best vacation possible.

Are Baby Boomers that much different from other cruise passengers? According to many cruise line executives this one group of guests has probably created more changes in cruise ship programming than any other travelers since Noah’s Ark. The same group that made cell phones, BMW’s and flat screen TV’s a cultural phenomena is having a strong impact of how cruise lines go to market.

At a recent industry conference sponsored by Cruise Lines International Association, Marketing Chairman Dan Hanrahan (who is also president of Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises) pointed out that the lifestyle and interests of baby boomers has led to some unique new experiences on board for all passengers.

Fuerteventura Holidays

The island of Fuerteventura is part of the Canary islands ( so called as the first settlers discovered many large dogs - canes - inhabiting the island originally, nothing to do with the Canary bird!) The Canary islands are actually an African archipelago but fall under Spanish rule. Herein lies possibly the major attraction of the Canaries, African weather in a politically stable island forming part of the European Union. Fuerteventura is actually the most Eastern of the isles and is closer to Morocco than mainland Spain (only 60 miles from the coast of Morocco). Because of this location the island enjoys over 300 days of beautiful sunshine per year. Even in winter it is rare for average temperature to drop below 18 degrees and during summer months will average over 26 degrees. Lying on the same latitude as Florida and Mexico, Fuerteventura enjoys a similar climate despite being only a 4 hour flight from any UK national or regional airport. perhaps the perfect getaway for Northern Europeans during the winter months, the only other locations offering winter sun with a similar flying time being Egypt and Cyprus.

Cyprus has become particularly popular with tourists in recent years. The following is a list of the top eight holiday locations on this Mediterranean island.

1. Ayia Napa: One of the party capitals of Europe. With its busy bars, restaurants and nightclubs, it’s no surprise that Ayia Napa is a real rival to Ibiza. The dance music scene attracts visitors from all over Europe.

2. Nissi Beach: Considerably quieter than neighbouring Ayia Napa, this resort enjoys popularity thanks to its long stretches of white beaches.
